Born Out of Necessity

I started this company to fix a problem I saw within corporate aviation. It didn’t make sense that so little technical support was available to flight departments—especially for such a technology-driven industry. As an IT professional, mainly in data analytics, with vast corporate aviation experience, I set out to fix this often overlooked inadequacy with the development of Aviation IT Help LLC. The company has since rebranded to Downwind Solutions LLC as we’ve expanded outside of the aviation industry to now serve small to medium-sized businesses of all kinds and their many technical needs.

Starting with my first product, a crew currency tracker for corporate flight departments, I ensure that each hour I work builds value for my clients. Technology should generate revenue and/or cut costs. But all too often, projects finish overbudget and underdeliver. We focus on maximizing ROI for any project we undertake. Clients attest to our attention to detail, flexibility, and work ethic.
